EYE INFECTION

Conjunctivitis is the most common eye infection. It is an infection of the conjunctiva, which is the tissue coating the eye and lining the eyelids. It is probably the most frequently occurring eye problem in pets, because the conjunctiva is subjected to many irritants. The first symptom is abundant mucoid, yellowish discharge, that assembles in the corner of the eye. There are many types of infection. Few cases of light redness of the conjunctiva and little discharge may heal on its own. Other cases may take a long time to heal and can also cause an infection of the eyelid and/or great discomfort to your pet. With colloidal silver you can start treating the infection immediately.
